Another wonderful experience with Randy’s Downtown Garage. Went in for a stuck back passenger window on my Jeep and oil change. Reasonable pricing and prompt service. I love having a local garage who I can trust!

So far so good! Haven’t had chance to test.A/C blower motor/resistor replaced on 2016 Subaru Outback.Off brand parts used, two year warranty.

A check engine light and "Service Electronic Throttle" message came on in my 2018 Ram Ecodiesel the morning I planned to leave Flagstaff and return home. Randy's Downtown Garage fit me into their schedule that morning. By early afternoon they had diagnosed and fixed the issue, cleared the error codes and check engine light, and road tested my truck, total bill under $100. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend them - even if you're not in a hurry to get on the road.

On a stop over on my road trip I experienced some overheating issues with my truck. Being 2500 miles away from home and on a schedule to get back I was worried. Stopped in to Randy’s to see if they could help. They understood my situation, fit me in and 2 hours later I was on my way and with a VERY reasonable bill. From the gentleman at the desk who got things started to the mechanic who did the work (sorry I can’t remember names) I couldn’t have been more impressed with the quality, professionalism, and friendliness. The shop is located at the end of RT 66 and within walking distance of the famous strip that allows for a pleasant way to kill time. Thanks Randy’s for keeping us in the road and helping avoid what could have been a nightmare so far away from home.

We are very disappointed and frustrated with our recent service experience at Randy's in Phoenix. We were told that replaced a particulate sensor would reset the check engine light on our BMW X5 and allow it to pass emissions. After spending over $500 for the the labor and parts, my check engine light is still on and now they are insisting I need a software update, which costs another $600 in order to pass emissions. The front office person , Blaze, who checked in the car, never said that it was needed to pass emissions if I replaced the part. When I called to complain, Trish and the mechanic, had a different story, they said it was needed. I was offered no additional help. Bad service!
